Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Frank. By creating an account or buying a pass you agree to them. Prices are in Australian dollars.
What Frank does
Frank scores your CV against a job ad, shows what is missing and rewrites the wording using only the experience already in your CV. You review and approve every change before you download. Frank does not guarantee interviews, job offers or that any applicant tracking system will rank you higher.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give an email address you control.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe.
- One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
Passes, credits and payment
- Your first tailor is free.
- After that you can buy a single tailor, a 30 day pass or a 90 day pass. A pass is a one off payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
- Passes give generous everyday use with a fair use cap to stop automated abuse. If you hit the cap, access returns the next day.
- Passes expire at the end of their term whether or not they have been used. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
- Only upload a CV you have the right to use.
- Do not use Frank to create false claims about qualifications, employment or credentials.
- Do not resell, scrape, automate or resell access to the service, or try to get around usage limits.
- We can suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of your CV and any output you download. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your text and deliver the service. We do not sell your content or use it to train public AI models.
Availability
We aim to keep Frank running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change and we may run maintenance without notice.
Liability
Frank is provided on an as is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Frank after a change means you accept the updated terms.
